Twitter
I use Twitter in a number of ways, the following are some handy tools I use to keep things in place:
TwitterFeed: Automatically add your / any RSS feed to your Twitter account for your followers to see...
TwitterFox: An addon for FireFox allowing you to keep in top of Twitter without having the site open. Also allows you to manage multiple accounts!
Ping.FM: Allows you to update all of your social networks in one go (such as facebook status, twitter, linked-in etc etc)
TweetLater: Send automated messages, auto-replies and automatically follow people that follow you.
